3 REGOLE
La regata sarà disciplinata dalle regole come definite nelle Regole di Regata della Vela, alle prescrizioni della FIV, alle regole della classe Acc- Rc44 con le modifiche eventuali apportate dal Bando di Regata e da queste Istruzioni di Regata

4 ISCRIZIONI
Le barche eleggibili si possono iscrivere completando la registrazione presso l’autorità organizzatrice entro le ore 22 del 11/11 Le barche e quindi i relativi skippers dovranno essere registrati nel VSKA e potranno partecipare individualmente al campionato e nahce partecipare come team di altro sindacato (sono due classifiche distinte)

5 COMUNICAZIONI AI CONCORRENTI
Le comunicazioni ai concorrenti saranno esposte nel sito VSKA ufficiale degli avvisi collocati anche nel forum Vska e in email ai partecipanti. Ogni modifica alle istruzioni di regata sarà esposta prima delle ore 21.00.nel giorno in cui avranno effetto, ad eccezione di qualunque modifica al programma delle regate , che verrà esposto prima delle ore 22 nel giorno precedente a quello in cui avrà effetto.

6 MODIFICHE ALLE ISTRUZIONI DI REGATA
Ogni eventuale modifica alle Istruzioni di Regata sarà esposta prima di 2 ore dal segnale di partenza previsto nel giorno in cui avranno effetto, ad eccezione di qualunque modifica al programma delle regate, che verrà esposta prima delle ore 22 nel giorno precedente a quello in cui avrà effetto.

7 SEGNALI
7.1 Le segnalazioni fatte verranno esposte nel sito e nella chat prima delle ore 21.50

8 PROGRAMMA DELLE REGATE
8.1 Gironi - Saranno 3 o 4 Gironi da 18 skippers ciascuno.
8.2 Gli skippers nei gironi saranno decisi dal Comitato di regata.
8.2 I gironi saranno organizzati con sitema random considerando solo che non ci siano due skippers dentro lo stesso team -

9 Il sistema di PUNTEGGIO per il Campionato Invernale Vska

9.1 Tutti i competitori riceveranno dei punti in ogni regata eseguita in ognuno degli Atti dal I all’ultimo atto 8.
Al termine dei primi 8 atti gli skippers avranno definito una classifica generale della quale i primi 18 skippers riceveranno dei punti bonus. Accederanno all'atto 9 e 10 del campionato individuale solo i primi 18 skippers.

9.2 Verrà usato il Sistema Bonus Point a seconda la classifica generale gli skippers dopo le prime 8 giornate di regata (per un totale di 16 flotte) , il punteggio finale d’ogni barca nella classifica generale individuale consisterà nella somma dei suoi punteggi in ogni regata, con lo scarto dei 4 peggiori punteggi (tra i quali solo 2 DNF) piu il bonus points per i primi 18 skippers.

Quindi saranno le 16 regate nei turni di generazione a formare la classifica generale finale che determinera i Bouns Point e di conseguenza l'accesso alle finali .
9.3 Non potranno essere effettuate più di 2 regate al giorno.

9.4 Nei primi 8 atti ( due regate ad atto) tutti gli skippers dovranno scartare 4 dei 16 risultati realizzati (sara possibile scartare solo 2 DNS )

9.5 Nel caso di PARITA' PUNTI DOPO I PRIMI 8 ATTI si prenderanno in considerazione, nel seguente ordine, per valutare la classifica finale o di accesso alla fase successiva :
1) Minor numero di punti scartati
2) Migliori risultati a paragone
3) Minor DNS
4) Monetina lanciata dal Presidente

9.4 Gli skippers dalla posizione 1 al numero 18 nei primi 8 atti riceveranno I punti Bouns che saranno gli UNICI PUNTI che formera la Nuova Classifica Generale di partenza per gli atti 9 e 10 di FINALE DEL CAMPIONATO INDIVIDUALE.

Si eseguiranno le finali del campionato invernale con gli atti 9 e 10 e successivamente si eseguira la finale a squadre del campionato invernale con gli atti 11 e 12

gli i atti 9 e 10 sono le Finali per il titolo individuale del
Campionato Invernale VSKA 2007 per 18 skippers della classifica generale dei primi 8 atti

gli atti 11 e 12 sono le Finali per il titolo a squadra del
Campionato Invernale 2007 per le prime 6 squadre della classifica generale dei primi 8 atti


9.5 I Punti Bonus - dopo i primi 8 atti saranno assegnati dei PUNTI BONUS che saranno gli unici nella nuova classifica generale per le successive regate degli atti 9 e 10.

9.6 CLASSIFICA GENERALE :
I punti ottenuti nei primi otto atti determineranno la classifica generale che determinera i 18 skippers qualifiacti alla finale individuale e le 6 squadreche accederanno alla finale a squadre.

9.7 Negli atti di finale INDIVIDUALE (atto 9 e 10)si partira con la classifica ottenuta UNICAMENTE DAI PUNTI BONUS

9.8 Negli atti di finale a SQUADRE (atto 11 e 12) si partira con le 6 squadre tutti allo stesso livello SENZA PUNTI BONUS.



10 Finale America's Cup 2008
10.1 Il vincitore del Campionato Inveranle sarà il Challenger sfidante per aggiudicarsi l' America's Cup Vska 2008 contro il vincitore
della Americas Cup 2007 Vska ( il Defender Russo Fishman)
10.2 Le regate in questa finale saranno disputate in match race al meglio delle 7 regate nel mese di Marzo 2008.

11 SQUADRE
11.1 Entro il giorno 11 Novembre si dovranno conoscere le composizioni delle varie sqaudre, dovranno pervenire al comitato organizzatore le liste delle varie squadre composte autonomamente.

11.2 Ogni squadra avrà 3 elementi, gli skippers nel Campionato invernale individuale, non si troveranno mai nello stesso girone ma soltanto nella finale a squadra per le 6 squadre che si qualificheranno o potrebbe accadere nella finale individuale nell'atto 9 e 10 sottolineando che non e' consentito nessuno tipo di gioco di sqaudra tra i compagni eventuali di team nelle finali..
Per ottenre la classifica a squadra si sommeranno i risultati dei vari skippers nei differenti gironi negli 8 atti (sia Acc che Rc44),non ci saranno somme di punti a squadra negli atti successivi all'ottavo.

11.3 Non potrà essere effettuato alcun cambio di equipaggio dopo il via del 1 atto e non potra esserci nessuna riserva.


12 PROVVEDIMENTI

Il comitato puo decidere di asseganre:
12.1 dei punti di penalita a secondo del danno causato da uno skipper (da 3 a 15 punti) asssegandoli al team di appartenenza dello skipper (per esempio antisportività-infrazione di regole - offese - ecc.)
12.2 Ammonire uno skipper con un richiamo anche durante il turno di regata - Al secondo richiamo lo skipper viene escluso dalla competizione per comportamento antisportivo.
12.3 Uno skipper che riceve 3 ammonizioni durante il torneo subisce una penalita di 15 Punti oltre alla penalita subita dai provvedimenti stessi.

13 MODALITA' REGATA
13.1 Le regole sono Race Fleet - Isaf. Rules Automatic
13.2 Non sono ammissibili blocchi in prestart o nelle boe o durante i bordi di bolina o in poppa,sempre fair play
13.3 I prestart devono essere condotti con Fair Play.
13.4 Le pens dovranno essere eseguite distanti dalle barche che sopraggiungono,discosti dalla rotta degli avversari non danneggiandoli.
13.5 Saranno assegnati punti di penalità nei casi: DNS skipper assente nelle regate o DNF skipper non finisce la regata (disocnessioni,ghost ecc.)
13.6 Host potrà decidere di restartare durante il prestart per evidenti motivi (lags - troppe pens - no fair) Max attesa per lo start 10 minuts dopo l’apertura della regata e non oltre le ore 22.20
13.7 Si eseguiranno due regate con la stessa classe per giorno di regata.


14 PROTESTE

14.1 Le proteste devono essere fatte per iscritto in email all'indirizzo comitato@vskalive.com sdevono essere spedite entro 24 ore dal tempo d’arrivo dell’ultima barca.
14..2 Le proteste saranno discusse al più presto possibile, approssimativamente nell’ordine di presentazione.
14.3 I comunicati delle proteste verranno affissi entro 60 minuti dal tempo limite per la presentazione delle proteste, per informare i concorrenti in cui essi sono parti in oggetto di protesta oppure sono indicati come testimoni.
14.4 Le decisioni del comitato sono inappellabili.


15 AMMESSI ALLA COMPETIZIONE

15.1 Possono far richiesta di partecipazione al Campionato Invernale solo gli skippers che amano il rispetto di tutti e che amano regatare per il solo piacere di condividere in amicizia una passione come la vela e quindi che non abbiano mostrato comportamenti antisportivi - anticomunità.

4 Registration

5 Communications To the Competitors

9 the system of Score for the Winter Championship Vska

9.1 All the competitors will receive some points in every regatta performed in each of the Acts from the I to the last act VIII. At the end of the first 8 acts the skippers will have defined a overall ranking of which the first 18 skippers will receive some points bonus. They will access only the action 9 and 10 of the individual championship the first 18 skippers.

9.2 will be used Bonus Point System to the second overall ranking skippers after the first 8 days of racing (for a total of 16 fleets), the final score of each boat in the overall individual consist of the sum of its scores in every race, with the difference of 4 worst scores (among them only 2 DNF) more bonus points for the first 18 skippers.

9.3 It can’t be done more than 2 races per day.

9.4 The skippers from position 1 to number 18, in the first 8 acts, will receive Bonus Point that will be the only point that generate the New Overall Ranking for acts 9 and 10 of INDIVIDUAL CHAMPIONSHIP FINAL.

9.6 RANKINGS GENERAL :
Points obtained in the first eight acts will determine the overall rankings that determine the 18 skippers qualified to the individual final and 6 teams qualified to the final teams.

9.7 In the final acts of INDIVIDUAL (act 9 and 10) will start with the classification obtained ONLY THE BONUS POINTS

9.8 In the final acts of TEAMS (Act 11 and 12) will start with 6 teams all at the same level WITHOUT BONUS POINTS.

10 Final America's Cup 2008

10.1 The winner of the Winter Championship will be the Challenger to win the America's Cup Vska 2008 against the winner

10.2 Racing in this final match will be played in the race to the best of 7 races in the month of March 2008

11 TEAMS
11.1 By day 11 November should know the composition of the various teams, must be sent to the organizing committee lists of the various teams made independently.

11.2 Each team has 3 elements, the skippers in the Winter Championship Individual, not ever find in the same group but only in the final team for the 6 teams that will qualify, or could happen in the Final Individual in the acts 9 and 10 stressing that not allowed any type of team game between companions of any team in the finals ..
To obtain the Team Ranking will be added the results of various skippers in different rounds in 8 acts (Acc and Rc44), there will be no team points in the acts after act 8.

11.3 There will be no team change made after the start of act 1 and will not be any reserves.

12 MEASURES
The committee can decide to assign:

12.1 points penalty depending on the damage caused by a skipper (from 5 to 15 points) assigning them to the team of the skipper (for example unfair playing -infringement rules-- offenses etc.).

12.2 Warn a skipper with a point during the round race - the second recall skipper is excluded from competing for unfair behavior.

12.3 One skipper who receives 3 admonitions during the tournament suffered a penalty of 15 points in addition to the penalty suffered by the same measures.

13 METHOD RACE


13.1 The rules are Fleet Race-Isaf. Automatic Rules

14 Protests

14.1 Protests must be made in writing in emails at comitato@vskalive.com must be shipped within 24 hours from the time of arrival of the boat.

14.4 The decisions of the committee are final.

15 ADMITTED TO COMPETITION

15.1 They may be demanded participation in the Winter Championship only skippers who love and respect for all who love racing for the only pleasure of friendship share a passion such as sailing and therefore have not shown that behavior unfair.
