Qualsiasi skipper e' autorizzato ad effettuare una protesta nel caso in cui

ritenga di essere stato irregolarmente danneggiato da un'avversario durante una regata.

Le proteste dovranno essere formalizzate inviando una mail al seguente indirizzo cdr.vska@hotmail.it indicando la motivazione,l'avversario ed il minuto in cui e' avvenuto l'evento.

Deve inoltre essere allegato il replay o eventualmente gli screen shots della chat.

In mancanza dei supporti visivi la protesta non sara' accettata.

Di base non sono previste forme di 'risarcimento' del danno nei confronti di chi l'ha subito ma solo penalizzazioni nei confronti di chi l'ha provocato.

Decisioni diverse in merito potranno essere prese solo in casi eccezionali ed a Discrezione del comitato.

Analizzata la protesta, il comitato decidera' il tipo di sanzione da comminare sulla base della gravita' dell'episodio,del tipo di torneo nel quale si e' verificato e sull'eventuale recidivita' dell'autore.

Le sanzioni potranno avvenire sottoforma di decurtazione punti,squalifica dal torneo in corso o sospensione temporanea dai tornei Vska.

Tutte le proteste inviate devono avere un fondamento,in caso contrario e’ possibile che venga sanzionato chi ha sottoposto la protesta.

Non saranno accettate proteste riguardanti la giusta applicazione o meno di una penalita' da parte di Nadeo.

Una volta esaminata la protesta il comitato decidera' se pubblicare o no sul forum il tutto.

　　

Any skipper can do a protest if think that he was iregularly damaged by another skipper or the regatta was not done according the rules of the tournament.

The protest have to be sent at cdr.vska@hotmail.it , specifing motivation,the pponent the minute of the race related to the protest.

Moreover must be enclose replay of the race or the screen shot of the chat.

Without the documentation the protest will not be processed.

Who protest can't expect any type of compensation for himself but only a penalty for the opponent.

Different choose could be applyed only exceptionally at discretion of the committee.

After the evaluation of the protest,the CDR will be decide the penalization,based on the seriousness of the situation,the type of the tournament and the possible recidivity of the liable.

The penalization could be assigned with point subtraction,disqualification in the tournament or temporary deferment in the VSKA official races.

Any protest have to be founded or the protester could be sanctionated.

Protest about vrong application of rules due to Nadeo will not be accepted.

The analysis of the protest should be posted in the site forum at discretion of the committee
